Photography
It is pretty exciting to be able to capture a moment, a glimpse of someone’s personality with a quick click of a shutter, but the truth is it often takes a lot of luck or a lot of shots to get that “keeper”, especially with candid photography, though one can certainly increase one’s odds with great lighting and an eye for a good composition.
It is often said that the great thing about acrylic paint is that it dries so fast, and the worst thing about acrylic paint—is that it dries so fast. I think you could pretty much say the same thing about photography—you want to capture that fleeting moment, but that same fleeting moment speeds by so fast. It is a challenge, but one that I love!
The following are some shots that I have taken, some are candid and some were planned out.
